Japanese Sencha green tea has been said to improve focus, clarity, boosts immunity and helps brain cognition leaving you with an energetic feeling of vitality. Studies suggest drinking Green Tea up to three times a day lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and promotes longevity.

This tea is beautifully blended with Australian lemon myrtle, minty herbs such as peppermint and spearmint also ginger for a fresh and revitalising taste and smell. Brewing Directions: Place 2 teaspoons of tea per 1 cup boiling water. Steep for 3-7mins. You can reuse the tea 2-3 times and can drink up to 5 cups per day.

Storage: Recommended to be kept in airtight jar or package in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
